Delivery and Returns

If you live within the BS21 postcode and spend over £25 your order will be delivered free. This cuts down on timing and packaging materials helping the environment. Royal Mail will deliver to all other locations. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to five working days from placing your order to receiving it for UK mainland, fourteen days for overseas. We take great care in making sure your order is well packaged for safe delivery. If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact TSA as soon as you can so a replacement can be arranged quickly and efficiently.
