How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once processed your oder will be despatched ASAP but please allow up to 5 working days for UK mainland delivery. If you live within the BS21 postcode your order will be hand delivered free of charge, but please allow 3-4 days from placing your order. Allow 14 working days for overseas orders.

What if my order arrives damaged?
All products are well packaged and the upmost care is taken to get your order to you in perfect condition. However, if the package is damaged during transit please notify me ASAP so I can arrange a replacement.

How much would it cost to commission a piece?
All commissions are priced on application. We can discuss your ideas and then give you a solid, no obligations quote.

I’ve bought a clothing item and it doesn’t fit, what happens now?
The size guide should prevent this but if your order arrives and it is not a good fit please drop me a line. You’ll be talked through the returns procedure to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Can I use Tim’s artwork on my website or for other promotional purposes?
The simple answer is no. All artwork and products are the intellectual property and copyright of Tim Stephens. If you use any designs without written permission appropriate legal action will be taken. This includes downloading images for personal or commercial use including any photographs featured on the website. We take this type of violation very seriously.
