About: I have been a long time admirer of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. After watching a documentary about her life I realised what a rebel she was! This inspired me to draw her portrait with her wearing a David Bowie Rebel Rebel t-shirt. The background of the artwork depicts the colourful face paint worn during the Mexican Day of the Dead Festival.
