New Blog!

It’s been a very long time since I wrote a blog! It is a great way of letting people know what you are up to though, so I’m going to make more of an effort to keep this active. I’m currently working on some new artwork for various group shows this year. In April I will be showing at Clevedon Art Club’s Spring exhibition and then in May I will be joining seven other local artists for a show during North Somerset Arts Week. This will be at St. John’s Hall near The Curzon cinema in Clevedon.  Then I will be back with more new work for Clevedon Art Club’s big annual show in August. 

I currently have four new drawings for sale at Studio 3 Gallery at Clevedon Craft Centre, see pic below. They are on display alongside the other artists I will be joining at the North Somerset Arts Week show. Unfortunately, after several years selling my work at Store for the Curious, Jon has decided to close the shop to pursue other projects. On the flip side I now have a larger selection of framed prints at Doghead Designs on Hill Road, Clevedon. I am also making connections for new outlets for my work in Bristol and Portishead. 

With all those events mentioned above I am creating several completely new artworks for them. This includes some quirky portraits and also pieces featuring landmarks in both Bristol and Portishead, combined with my usual humorous twist! More on all of those as the shows get closer.
